Full-service residential remodeling and interior design in Arizona and Michigan, delivering thoughtfully designed homes through a highly personalized, organized, and seamless design experience.
For founder and entrepreneur Jackie Wright, interior design has always been more than an interest. As a child, she was known for visiting friends’ homes and suggesting better ways to arrange their bedrooms or decorate their dollhouses. Years later, after remodeling several of her own homes and investment properties, Jackie realized that her ability to reimagine homes and see the potential in a space could become something more.
In 2020, she founded Macy Lane Designs, combining her lifelong love of interiors with an organized, process-driven approach to design. Today, the firm helps homeowners create beautiful, highly personal spaces while navigating the many decisions that come with renovating, furnishing, or building a home.
Macy Lane Designs was named after Jackie’s first dog, Macy, who had a special way of making a house feel like home. No matter what kind of day it had been, walking through the door and being greeted by Macy brought an immediate sense of comfort and belonging.
That feeling inspired our name and what we want every finished home to provide: a place that feels welcoming, personal, and unmistakably yours.
Behind every beautifully finished home are hundreds of interconnected decisions. Cabinetry, flooring, lighting, plumbing, tile, furniture, paint, scale, placement, and construction details must all work together.
At Macy Lane Designs, we look at the entire project rather than making selections in isolation. Our design plans balance aesthetics with functionality, lifestyle, budget, and implementation realities.
For renovation projects, we also collaborate with contractors, vendors, fabricators, installers, and skilled trades to clearly communicate the design intent and help carry the vision from concept through completion.
Our approach is grounded in the organization, clear communication, and transparency we believe should come with making a significant investment in your home.
Renovating or furnishing a home is a significant investment, and seemingly small decisions can have expensive consequences. Incorrect measurements, poorly scaled furnishings, incompatible materials, missed construction details, or decisions made in the wrong order can result in costly change orders.
Our role goes beyond making a home beautiful. We help clients make informed design decisions early, with the bigger picture in mind.
Macy Lane Designs specializes in full-service home renovations, kitchen and bathroom design, furnishings and styling, new-home design, and vacation and second-home design.
We serve clients throughout Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, and surrounding Arizona communities, as well as Birmingham, Bloomfield Hills, Royal Oak, and the greater Metro Detroit area.
From the first consultation through final installation, we provide the design expertise, planning, and guidance needed to create a home that feels beautifully considered and genuinely yours.
