Our pricing is thoughtfully tailored to the scope of each project and the level of design support required, with all services offered on a flat fee basis for clarity and ease. We offer a range of service options, from full-service design to consultation-only engagements. During our initial discovery call, we’ll discuss your goals, budget, and overall investment to ensure alignment, with full-service design fees starting at $7,500. After our initial consultation, we will provide a clear outline of what your project includes, so you can move forward with confidence and no surprises.
7. Is the interior design process similar to what I see on those HGTV shows?
While design shows are great for inspiration, they often condense months of work into a short episode, which isn’t realistic for most projects. The actual interior design process takes time, with careful planning, sourcing, and coordination to ensure high-quality results that fit your needs and budget.
8. What if I don’t want full-service interior design and want an overall plan while doing most of the work myself?
Our design-only or e-design services are ideal for clients who prefer to implement the plan themselves. We’ll create a customized design plan, including furniture selections, layout suggestions, and styling tips, along with purchasing links, so you have a clear roadmap to follow at your own pace.
9. Can I buy an item myself if I find it for less money and it looks similar to the specified interior design plan?
While we always aim to source the best pieces for your space, we understand the desire to find budget-friendly alternatives. If you find an item you’d like to purchase on your own, we’ll advise you on whether it aligns with the overall design concept. However, please remember that interior design is like baking a cake - even a slight change in the ingredients can affect the overall result. Before starting the design planning process, we’ll work closely with you to finalize your budget and only recommend pieces that fit within those parameters. Should you choose to shop on your own for "similar" items, we cannot guarantee the overall design outcome.
10. Will you pass along designer discounts on the products you recommend for our home?
We work with more than 150 different manufacturers specializing in stone, flooring, furniture, lighting, and home accents to source the perfect pieces for your project. Each vendor has its own pricing structure and designer discount policies. While discounts aren’t guaranteed, our clients typically save 5% to 30% off MSRP on materials and items we source for each project.
11. What areas do you serve?
